Shopping with us

The shopping basket is where you keep your selected items until you are ready to check out and make a purchase. Not only will it keep items while during your shopping session, it will remember what you placed into your shopping bag for up to one week. If you wish to save items for a longer period, you will need to first create a SWAPshop account by clicking on “MY ACCOUNT” at the top of any page. However, keep in mind that items listed on SWAPshop are extremely limited in supply so don’t be surprised if the item you had saved in you shopping bag is sold the next time you visit the site.

Checkout and Payment
Ordering on SWAPshop is easy. We’ve kept the checkout process as simple as possible with providing the option of creating an account to further speed up the checkout on your next order. At checkout, you’ll have several options for paying. We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, along with Pay upon delivery for our Greek customers.  Upon request, you may also shop via swift transfer direct to our bank account. Non-fulfilment of an Order
In rare instances, SWAPshop is unable to fulfill an order as a result of damage to, or loss of, the item before shipping, or for other reasons. In the event SWAPshop is unable to fulfill an order for any reason, we reserve the right to rescind the transaction, and we will promptly refund any amounts you have paid for the item. However, beyond a refund of amounts paid, we cannot be, and by registering with SWAPshop you agree that you will not hold us, responsible for any damages associated with non-fulfilment of an order.
