Shipping & Delivery

We ship anywhere internationally and within the US. Your order will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Your tracking number will be provided to you once your order has been shipped. We are not responsible for any customs fees, delays, or lost parcels.

United States & International Customers:

Your order(s) will be shipped by FedEx (www.fedex.com) with tracking and signature confirmation. Delivery takes approximately 2-3 business days for the USA and 3-5 business days for the rest of the world. Charges are $20-$25 for an A4 size added pack, $30-35 for a Medium FedEx box and $40-$45 for a Large FedEx box. Items that need special packaging may occur higher shipping charges. If you wish us to insure your package please ask for a separate quote.  As a general rule, Fedex charges 1% of the declared value.

Greece:

ELTA Courier (www.elta-courier.gr), the Greek National Post Office Courier service with tracking and signature confirmation. It normally takes 1-2 business days for the packages to arrive anywhere in Greece. An approximation would be 5 euros for business day delivery of a medium sized parcel and 10 euros for a large sized parcel. Expedited shipping may not be available on certain items or in certain countries (ex. Russia). If you wish your item to be insured, you need to contact us to be advised on additional fee.

Combined Shipping for Multiple Items:

To qualify for our combined shipping discount for multiple items, all items must be paid on a combined invoice and shipped in the same package. Full shipping rates will apply to the largest item, with an additional fee added for each additional item. Please contact us at info@swapshop.gr for further assistance to determine your combined shipping costs.

Shipping and Transit Times:

Our goal is to process your order quickly and ensure its safe delivery. We normally ship the next business day. Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes as we need to have your signature confirmation.

Delivery Signature Confirmation

In order to help ensure the safe delivery of your order, the carrier will require a signature upon delivery.

Customs, Taxes, and Other Charges

Shipments to addresses outside Europe are generally subject to duties, taxes (such as VAT), and other charges, as determined by the local jurisdiction. These charges are in addition to the purchase price (and any shipping and insurance charges). In the event there are customs charges assigned to your package, you must pay for any associated import taxes, including VAT and duties, required by your country’s governmental regulations. Your package may include a copy of your actual invoice, and the customs office will determine any applicable fees. All orders to international destinations are still covered by our 14-day return policy.

Will I be Charged Shipping?

Yes. See our shipping chart for details. Shipping is free for items over 150 euros for delivery in all of Greece and over 500 euros worldwide.

What Method of Shipping Should I Use to Send Bags in For Consignment/Buyout?

You may ship items to SWAP using any shipping method you prefer (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, regular country post ). We request that you use signature confirmation with whichever carrier you choose. Please contact us first for further instructions if you are located outside Europe.

When Will My Item Be Shipped?

All items will be shipped within 1 business day from the receipt of payment, unless it’s a Greek national holiday, a Saturday, etc. Delivery times are based on business days (Mon-Fri except Holidays).

What Carrier(s) Does SWAP Use?

Packages are sent via FedEx courier or Greek national postal system (ELTA or EMS by ELTA). Al packages will be sent with signature confirmation.

Do You Combine Shipping?

We are glad to help you save money by combining shipping for multiple items, if they have been purchased simultaneously. Just send a quick email to ask us to reduce the shipping fees before sending you the final invoice. We will respond no later than in 4 hours.

Do You Ship To All Countries?

We ship almost everywhere in the world. However, some countries have customs policies that have made shipping luxury branded items very difficult. If you believe you live in such a country, please contact us before ordering.

Who Is Responsible For Customs Fees/Taxes?

The buyer of the item is responsible for any customs duties or taxes that are applied by his/her country. Please however send us an email if you wish to send a gift parcel!
