A stunning limited edition bag by Bottega Veneta is now available for sale! This Bottega Veneta silver gray & tan taupe suede limited edition top handle bag with a color that is very understated and neutral – would go beautifully with black, gray, or brown to name a few. It is a very rare piece, and has beautiful silver metallic color details of metal thread braiding. Furthermore the bag features double handles, silver tone hardware and a top push button opening. Beautiful suede baby blue interior with one zip internal pocket. The dust bag is included as well as a little Bottega booklet. It was bought for €4000 as only 200 were made worldwide and that is stamped on a silver plate on the interior lining! This was 02/200!

Bottega Veneta is an Italian luxury goods house best known for its leather goods. Founded in 1966, it was purchased in 2001 by Gucci Group, now a part of the French multinational group PPR. Bottega Veneta is headquartered in Vicenza, in the Veneto region of northeastern Italy. Bottega Veneta was established in 1966 by Michele Taddei and Renzo Zengiaro. The name Bottega Veneta means “Venetian atelier” and the company was begun to produce artisanal leather goods. The company’s artisans developed a leather-weaving technique, called intrecciato, that remains a signature of the brand. In the summer of 2006, in recognition of the importance of artisanal craftsmanship and the diminishing number of master leatherworkers in Italy, Bottega Veneta opened the Scuola della Pelletteria, a school to train and support future generations of leather artisans.
